Herb Rice Recipe

Serves: 4

Total Time: 30 min


  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 20gm butter
  • 1 clove of garlic(minced)
  • 1 ½ tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp. chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp. chopped coriander
  • ½ tsp. white pepper powder



  • Melt the butter in a skillet on a low flame.
  • Add the garlic and stir it for 10-15 seconds.
  • Add the rice and mix well.
  • Mix in salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried parsley, chilli flakes and fresh coriander.
  • Herb rice is ready to be served with grilled pineapple and potatoes.
